As a Time Cop

Todo: rename characters

Timecop movie and the implementation on Dark MoNoRi-Chan as a protagonist in his own reality, where he was a police and prevent the usage of illicit time travel, and the reason for his exile to Sarkhan is due to bad publicity of time cops so he stepped down and resigned in his black delorean.
Scene: Dark MoNoRi-Chan is driving his black DeLorean through the streets of Sarkhan. He's wearing his timecop uniform and has a determined look on his face.

Dark MoNoRi-Chan: (to himself) Time travel is a powerful tool, but it's too dangerous in the wrong hands. That's why I became a timecop. To prevent illicit use of time travel and maintain the timeline.

Cut to Dark MoNoRi-Chan arriving at a secret location in Sarkhan. He gets out of his DeLorean and approaches a group of shady looking individuals who are trying to buy a time machine.

Dark MoNoRi-Chan: Sorry, fellas. This deal is off. Time travel is illegal in Sarkhan.

Shady Individual: Who the hell are you?

Dark MoNoRi-Chan: I'm Dark MoNoRi-Chan, a timecop. And I'm here to shut down your operation.

The shady individuals draw their weapons, but Dark MoNoRi-Chan quickly disarms them with the drones that detached from his shoe wing.

Few seconds later, the GTA-styled "Wanted Level" raised to 3 Notoriety stars (-3)

Dark MoNoRi-Chan driving his DeLorean through the streets of Sarkhan, pursued by a group of time-traveling criminals.

Dark MoNoRi-Chan: Oh Shi-
He sverved his DeLorean around the time travelled in landmine just before it completely materialized (see also: ChronoTech)
Dark MoNoRi-Chan: (to himself) I've been a timecop for years, but the bad publicity of time cops caused me to step down and resign. But I still have my black DeLorean and my training, and I won't let these criminals use time travel for their own gain.

Dark MoNoRi-Chan engages the time-traveling criminals in a high-speed chase through the streets of Sarkhan, but ultimately outwits them and captures them.

Dark MoNoRi-Chan: (to the criminals) You're under arrest for illicit use of time travel.

After a while, he got bored with being a time police, he decided to steal the car and drive to One MoNoRi-Chan's planet

Resignation from Time Cops

For the ending scence, I would like to have where Timecop MoNoRi-Chan refusing to get his medal of honor for honest work of Time Enforcement Commission (TEC) as he got bored with being a time police. So he asked the commissioner if he could keep his TEC's Police Interceptor DeLorean and after he installed a device on delorean's OBD port, it enables interdimensional travel.

The scene ends with Timecop MoNoRi-Chan dropping his badge on the ground and adopt Dark MoNoRi-Chan identity, enable his DeLorean into the hyperdimensional drive and focus on planet where MoNoRi-Chan prime stays in, closing the continuity loop of MoNoRi-Chan's chronicles and why the garage is often crash landed on.
Fade in: Timecop MoNoRi-Chan is seen on the stage, holding his tablet and staring at it intently. The commissioner of the Time Enforcement Commission (TEC) walks up to him, holding a medal of honor for his "honest work" as a time police.

I need more bold actions to show that Timecop MoNoRi-Chan is tired of the authority so he disrespect the TEC before leaving for his own. The TEC cannot press charges against him because interdimensional travel is not written in that dimension's laws.
He looked at his tablet to find suitable dimension where he can survive on and where Sarkhan is not riddled with Time-Travel tech and found Dimension where D-982 just finished interdimensional travel in Year 2038. at night when One MoNoRi-Chan's garage got crash landed by the Ex-timecop, Dark MoNoRi-Chan
he turns on the garage lights and sighs in disbelief.
the movie cuts and closes the continuity loop and common trope of One MoNoRi-Chan's garage got crash landed by x visitor

Commissioner: Timecop MoNoRi-Chan, for your exceptional service to the TEC and to the cause of time enforcement, I am proud to award you this medal of honor.

MoNoRi-Chan looks up from his tablet, a mix of boredom and frustration on his face. He takes the medal from the commissioner, but instead of putting it on, he tosses it aside.

MoNoRi-Chan: (sighing) I'm done with this. I'm done with the authority, with the bureaucracy, with all of it.

The commissioner looks shocked.

Commissioner: What are you talking about? You can't just quit!

MoNoRi-Chan: Watch me.

He walks over to his TEC's Police Interceptor DeLorean, where he installs a device on the OBD port. The device enables interdimensional travel.

MoNoRi-Chan: (smiling) Goodbye, TEC. I'm going to find a dimension where I can be free. Where Sarkhan isn't riddled with time-travel tech.

He climbs into the DeLorean and starts it up, revving the engine. The commissioner runs over, trying to stop him.

Commissioner: You can't just leave! You'll be breaking the law!

MoNoRi-Chan: (smirking) The law? In this dimension, maybe. But in others? Who knows.

With that, he engages the hyperdimensional drive and the DeLorean disappears into a bright flash of light.

Cut to: One MoNoRi-Chan's garage, where the lights are off. Suddenly, the lights turn on, One MoNoRi-Chan walks into the garage inspecting the rubble, smoke faded and reveals the Ex-timecop, Dark MoNoRi-Chan, in his DeLorean. He sighs in disbelief.

Dark MoNoRi-Chan: (to himself) Ah shit, I thought there was gonna be a landing pad.

The movie cuts to black, closing the continuity loop and common trope of One MoNoRi-Chan's garage being crash landed by a visitor.

Trivia

Character design is based on: Morpheus MoNoRi-Chan's Black Cat with Green Eyes

  • Dark MoNoRi-Chan used to be just a concept character of "Evil Counterpart" of One MoNoRi-Chan where he is rich boy exiled from his own planet, then add a Time Traveling Delorean because bitches loves the past.
  • Dark MoNoRi-Chan Dislikes the usage of Time Travel Tech, especially the ChronoTech. Claiming hearing the sound of it gives him Vietnam War Flashbacks when he lost his arm.
