ChronoTech

Known Users of the ChronoTech are Time Enforcement Commission (TEC) Enforcement Officers aka Timecops, including Dark MoNoRi-Chan who became disdains the entire civilization of using them.

MoNoRi-Chan responds to it nonverbally by handing the USB flash drive with the R&D documents of when the ChronoTech was fully completed, MoNoRi-Chan mentions to the Commissioner that it was a mess and he quits. "ChronoTech: The Timecop's Sacrifice"
Fade in: INT. TIME ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION HQ - DAY The Commissioner is speaking to a large crowd at a Medal of Honor event. COMMISSIONER: "Today, we gather to honor one of our own. A hero who put his own life on the line to protect our timeline and keep us safe. MoNoRi-Chan, step forward." MoNoRi-Chan, wearing his Timecop uniform, steps forward and salutes the Commissioner. The crowd cheers. COMMISSIONER: "Where did you get your left arm back, MoNoRi-Chan?" MoNoRi-Chan responds nonverbally by handing the Commissioner a USB flash drive. The Commissioner looks at it and raises an eyebrow. COMMISSIONER: "What's this?" MoNoRi-Chan: "The R&D documents for the ChronoTech project. It was a mess. I quit." The Commissioner looks at MoNoRi-Chan with a mix of shock and understanding. CUT TO: EXT. TIME ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION HQ - DAY MoNoRi-Chan walks to his DeLorean, which is parked outside. He climbs in and starts the engine. CUT TO: FLASHBACK INT. ENEMY BASE - DAY MoNoRi-Chan teleports into the enemy base using his ChronoTech gauntlet. He quickly assesses the situation and sees that the villain is in a room at the end of the hall. He charges forward, using his War Scythe as a weapon. As he approaches the room, the villain emerges and points a gun at MoNoRi-Chan. MoNoRi-Chan ducks and rolls to avoid the shots, then charges forward and slashes at the villain with his War Scythe. The villain falls to the ground, beheaded and defeated. MoNoRi-Chan did not even look at the enemy, leave the schence, but suddenly realizes that his left arm is frostbitten and fell off to the ground shattered in pieces. He screams in pain and cries over his lost arm and falls to the ground while the medical team is closing in. ZOOM OUT to: INT. HOSPITAL - DAY MoNoRi-Chan wakes up in a hospital bed with a new robotic arm attached to his left side. He looks at it in disbelief. MoNoRi-Chan: "What happened?" DOCTOR: "You were injured during your mission. You lost your left arm to Chrono frostbite. We had to replace it with a prosthetic." MoNoRi-Chan nods, and ask another question: Who pays for my hospital bills? Doctor: Our Benefactors... CUT TO: EXT. TIME ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION HQ - DAY MoNoRi-Chan drives away in his DeLorean, ready for another journey. Fade to black.
