Raw Prompt: write a story about MoNoRi-Chan's time in GTV Company as example of what toxic workplace does to me. Satellite TV Shopping company that has the target customers as any Thai-Lao people who lives in the United States and Canada. They sell overpriced "Traditional Medicine" products at a ridiculous price. They prey on vulnerable people who live off social security paychecks, selling them (mostly) FDA Approved products that are nothing more than just capsules with their branding. It's outrageous that they take advantage of these people's health issues for their own profit.

MoNoRi-Chan's first year was rather easy, that he passed the probation period easily due to his IT knowledge. At first he was using rideshare services to commute to work. The employees who are host are being nice to him and even sometimes offered to drop him off at home. Eventually he get licensed and got a car after working for them for a while. But things are not really what they seen, the car he was sold to was a 2010 Prius which notoriously known for issue such as blown head gasket and high risk for catalytic converter theft. Which his was one of them that also having this issue. Feeling duped he can't really blame anyone but to replace the engine and the hybrid battery which drives him into debt spiral and having to wage himself up for it. At first he was giving full effort to the company so that he eventually was disqualified from financial aid due to poor academic performance. Then there's this person who named Ake, he is ex-manager of the company who is can be considered as arch-nemesis to MoNoRi-Chan, with a boomer mindset and conservative approach and being money-hungry his personality does not fit well with MoNoRi-Chan. But his son recognized in MoNoRi-Chan's IT knowledge and wants to get closer to MoNoRi-Chan but was scared away by the lies that Ake has been spoonfeeding him such as MoNoRi-Chan being lazy or whatever. Whereas Ake uses his old age and executive position to sleep on the job or manipulate others. But also being chickened out to jump into crypto markets despite asking MoNoRi-Chan for guidance. Ake's son also been ghosting MoNoRi-Chan's DM and By the end of April 2022 it was the start of the bear market and MoNoRi-Chan's net worth was nuked. But at that time he also went to vacation in Thailand. Going back to work however, is not a pleasurable moment as he know that Ake's son removed MoNoRi-Chan from discord friends list. As the last strand was torn apart, he goes to NFTNYC and after 1 week trip, met some web3 friends and I still continue to be their loyal employee even though I have been getting my feelings played with. I asked the manager for a raise. They refused and claiming that they are a "small company" and cannot pay more than minimum wage. Felt the lack of recognition for his hard work as the "ghost in the machine" he quit on August 2022 and no longer in contact with the company. In the end, company make more than $40k monthly while MoNoRi-Chan's 1 and half year period net pay was only $30k. Considering it was not just a (round,trip) back to where he started, but also sending him into debt spiral with the increased credit card debt, turning him into a "Joker" for falling in love with Ake's son. MoNoRi-Chan did not lose this metaphorical "dick measuring contest" but was drawn out by lack of recognition or Some boomers hate it when humans are treated with basic decency.
